Specialties: Religious Trauma, LGBTQIA+, Queer issues, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders Hey there! I'm Tyler! I love working with clients from all backgrounds, helping them to recognize their own ability to effect change in their lives. I work through a Person-Centered lens, believing that the individual is the master of their own journey, and that I'm there to offer support and empowerment along the way. I also have lived experience and understanding of cults and religious trauma, and the long-lasting impacts they can have on mental health. I have a strong interest in working with clients and groups within this area, as well as supporting other members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In my free time, you can most likely catch me at a local concert or tattoo shop. I also enjoy reading, camping, travelling, relaxing in my hammock, and throwing sharp objects at wooden targets.

Specialties: ART, trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD/Autism, adolescents & young adults, neurodiversity-affirming assessments, climate change anxiety I transitioned from a Californian to a Minnesotan during my 'quarter-life crisis' in 2015. As a Mexican-American, I grapple with the loss of cultural roots. Real talk is my style – I fidget, take brain meds, curse, and share bits about my life. Childhood anxiety shaped me, and I now identify as neurodivergent and wonder how things could have been different if an adult had noticed how much trouble I was having. Coping with climate change anxiety, I find solace in gardening on my porch and soaking in sunny grassy moments. Though my puppy may join our sessions one day, for now he's happily occupied with mischievous chewing. In telehealth sessions, my cat might snooze on the radiator behind me or loudly demand to be fed. Life is a unique journey with no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in the beauty of human experience, embracing both joy and life's messiness, recognizing that grief coexists with love, joy, and hope. Let's navigate life's intricacies together.

Specialties: adults 18+, complex and developmental trauma, PTSD + navigating triggers, family of origin exploration/impacts of intergenerational trauma, identifying neurodivergence in adulthood, identifying and creating healthier coping skills, improving self-esteem, radical self-care, healing codependency + boundaries psychoeducation and support, inner child connection + reparenting, anti-oppressive/gentle parenting, mindful self-compassion, finding strengths in areas of perceived weakness and queer + trans affirming support. Trainings: Somatic attachment trauma, mindful self compassion + meditation practices, harm reduction, DBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused support, emotionally focused support. Hello and welcome! My name is Chelse and I am a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent therapist born and raised in MN. My style of therapy is down to earth, human to human, so we can get to the heart of the reasons you are seeking out support. I weave together anti-oppressive, consent driven, person centered and community focused lenses to offer a place where you can show up as you are and explore what is coming up that wants/needs your attention with curiosity. I love providing psychoeducation, offering self-help resources and assisting in identifying your internal and external wisdom and resilience. As an adult child of emotionally immature parents and survivor, I use my decades of lived experience and healing journey to inform the knowledge and experience I have gained educationally and in therapy practice. One of the important things I excel at and get great joy from is assisting people in developing deeper emotional attunement, availability and vulnerability with themselves and those around them. I look forward to creating sacred space with you. In my personal life I like to slow down and spend time outside, riding my bicycle, doing yoga, meditating and being goofy with my kid. I love 90’s music, sloths and coffee. I regularly reflect on the duality of life and what a better world looks like.

Specialties: queer and gender-affirming care, trauma, PTSD, narrative therapy, somatic therapy, substance use, addiction, depression, anxiety Hi there! My name is Abby Fink. I am a non-binary, queer, fun-loving therapist in training whose passions lie within the queer community, social justice, and body liberation. I bring a somatic- and identity-focused approach to therapy, specializing in working with queer folks, those recovering from addiction, and anyone seeking to heal from trauma. I am a big proponent of embracing one’s inner child, so bringing silliness and curiosity to the therapy room will always be encouraged. Additionally, I believe in the importance of the mind-body connection, especially in healing the relationship with one’s body. Somatic exercises are one of my strengths: accessible movement, bodily check-ins, and breath work will be supported where appropriate. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, strengthening my mind and body through weight-lifting and Muay Thai, and adoring my partner and friends. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey!

Specialties: depression, chronic illness, trauma informed care, gender affirming care and surgery letter writing, family of origin issues and estrangement, life transitions, neurodivergence, ADHD, Autism I see adults, primarily in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, struggling with complex and religious trauma, chronic illness, gender dysphoria, exploring sexuality, and neurodivergence. I also write gender affirming surgery letters. Being a neurodivergent nonbinary trans person with chronic illness informs much of my work with clients. I strive to make therapy a comfortable and safe space in which you feel seen, heard, believed, and empowered to make changes needed to be your most authentic, fulfilled self. I meet clients where they are at and sit with them in a warm, nonjudgmental manner sprinkled with a dash of humor to help clients work through mental health struggles. I use an integrative approach, based out of attachment theory, with techniques from interpersonal process therapy, narrative therapy, brainspotting, and dialectical behavior therapy with a social and racial justice lens to provide individualized therapy to foster healing and growth. I believe embracing who we are as a Whole person is crucial to healing and coping with life's stressors; which often includes exploring how the intersections of living in a cisheteronormative, colonized, patriarchal, and capitalist society impacts our mental health. Therapy is a collaborative effort in helping you live your most authentic life. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my pup, reading queer YA, watching movies and TV shows, listening to music and spending time with my chosen fam.

Specialities: LGBTQ+, abortion, health at any size, chronic pain, COVID, individuals, couples I primarily work with queer and trans adults, and the parents of queer and trans children (who may be queer and/or trans themselves). As the oppression of queer and trans people ramps up, it is important to me to create a caring, healing space for members of our community seeking support. I have an additional focus on work with chronically ill people and people who maintain caution around COVID. I take a health at any size approach. I work primarily with adults over the age of 21. I will ask you direct, sometimes uncomfortable questions to help reveal new truths to yourself. A therapeutic relationship with me is a practice ground for new ways of relating to people, and I will invite you to try out new skills, including setting and holding boundaries. My work is primarily relational, and I draw from AIR Network, ACT, and inferential behavioral therapy for OCD. It is important to me that you feel full ownership of your healing journey, which neither starts nor ends with our relationship. We will set, track, and update your treatment goals together, to ensure that therapy stays focused on the things you care about. I will draw on intellectual traditions including disability justice and parts work. When I'm not working, I love to garden, cook, and watch movies.

Specialties: ages 18+, individual therapy, complex trauma, Gender and Sexuality, Neurodiversity, self harm, Fat Liberation, Ethical Non-Monogamy, Kink and Leather Community and complex family dynamics. My approach to therapy is centered on collectiveness and identity. We are all part of systems that impact us in different ways, and these contribute to our unique experiences that shape the ways we understand the world. I am not here to pathologize very normal reactions to the ever changing landscape of our country. I recognize that the mental health profession has been extremely harmful to minority groups and I am committed to working against that in my work as a therapist. It doesn’t mean I am perfect, but it does mean I am committed to consistently evaluating and adjusting my approach to ensure I am continuously creating space that is welcoming and supportive of you. Our sessions will be all about your individual feelings and experiences. Every single one of them matters. Your understanding of the world is shaped by them and we will work together to recognize how they continue to show up in your life. As we identify patterns together, it is up to you to decide what you want to do with them. I am here to offer affirming tools, validation and education to help assist you on your journey towards healing. I incorporate Trans, Queer, BIPOC and Fat LIberation, Disability Justice, System Theory, Narrative Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Psychoeducation into my work. Ultimately, I am about creating a supportive place that allows my client to escape societal pressure that continues to harm them. I am Transmasc, Queer, Disabled, Neurodivergent, Indigenous, Fat, and an Ethical Non-Monogamous. I enjoy listening to music, squishing my cat, Mercury, and being in community. One of my favorite places to be is at a concert in the general admission section. Currently my playlists are filled with Sleep Token and Twenty One Pilots. I also enjoy playing video games, DND and I am learning how to play the drums.

Specialties: Ages 18-65, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship difficulties, ADHD, Communication skills, Grief, Loss, and Phobias As a mental health professional practicing therapy for eight years, I've seen how anger, anxiety, and trauma can impact our well-being and our closest relationships. When we get angry with our loved ones, not only do we harm those relationships, but we carry guilt and shame for how we behaved. When we allow anxiety to freeze us in place, or prevent us from action, our self-esteem can take real damage. And when the trauma and abuse from our past prevents our personal growth and isolates us from others, it can feel like there's no overcoming them. But therapy does help, and you're here for positive change. Positive change to mend relationships and feel better about yourself, but also positive change to make your life the one you always envisioned it to be. My clients describe me as both professional and comedic. I believe in the Patch Adams school of thought that laughter is medicine and is a way to create a therapeutic alliance that helps you reach your goals. Sessions with me use a classic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy structure, including emotional check ins, grounding exercises, insight development, and skill building. I also do Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills building often in my sessions. But I also try to add positivity, levity, and humor throughout. My sessions can be as flexible with clients as they need them to be, and the pace of therapy can be whatever is most comfortable for the client. Working together, my clients and I see positive outcomes, improved relationships, and better managed anger, anxiety, and trauma. As an experienced CBT/DBT therapist, I believe using these therapies can transform people's lives for the better. They can reduce the severity of mental health symptoms, provide us greater understanding of ourselves, and improve our relationships with our loved ones. Change is possible, and positive change is at the core of my therapy. Everyone needs help sometimes, and I hope to be someone who can help you. Call me today for a free 15 minute consultation phone call to see if this would be a good fit for you.
