Conscious connected breathwork may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications include, but are not limited to, severe asthma, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgeries, high blood pressure that is not managed with medication, psychosis, or pregnancy. Adult Children of Substance-Dependent Parents

An 8 week group for adults (ages 20-40) who know the challenges of growing up with a parent affected by substance use
-
Topics will be decided on the first week of group, potential topic ideas could be boundary-setting, people please and attachment styles.​

Mondays 5:30pm-7pm starting March 3rd, 2025
