** We are currently hiring for Inver Grove Heights and Minneapolis

Currently Hiring:

  • Full-time, or hybrid therapists 

  • Virtual only therapists

    • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. 

    • Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist

    • Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure  (with at least one year of experience post grad in outpatient clinical therapy)

    • Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans

    • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency

    • Having a specialization or niche focus to bring to the collective

    • A fuck-the-system vibe

    • Liberation focus

    • Prioritizing people over profits

    • Emphasis on multicultural training

    • Billing support

    • Collective voting & decision making

    • Free supervision for pre-licensed therapists
