Interna Mental Health is a therapy collective with locations in NE Minneapolis, Eagan, and Inver Grove Heights. We are a collaborative and innovative group practice that values balance, social and transformative justice, innovation and inclusivity. Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. 

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist

• Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure  (with at least one year of experience post grad in outpatient clinical therapy)

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration purposes

• Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and inform future interventions

• Having a specialization or niche focus to bring to the collective
