Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure (with at least one year of experience post grad in outpatient clinical therapy)
Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency
Having a specialization or niche focus to bring to the collective

Currently Hiring:
Multi Site Office Administrator
The multi-site office administrator oversees the daily operations of multiple office locations, ensuring that clients and therapists have the resources, support, and environment needed for a positive experience. This role monitors office needs, is a physical presence in our 3 locations, coordinates supplies and facility issues, manages office space schedules, and helps maintain consistent operational standards.
The position is also cross-trained to support front end admin by assisting with phone calls, coordinating referrals and responding to general inquiries to help ensure timely, professional communication with clients, clinicians and community partners.
Role Type: Full-Time (Max 40 hours/week), Hybrid In-Office/Remote Work, Hourly (Non-Exempt) Compensation: $25-$30/hour Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health & Dental, 401(k) eligible after 1 year Reports to: Director of Operations & CEO
Transportation to multiple office sites is required
