Interna is a transformative justice-fueled therapy collective with spaces in NE Mpls, Eagan, and Inver Grove. We believe in fair compensation, low bullshit, and therapy that doesn’t sell out to capitalistic ideals.

​​​​​Requirements:

 

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. 

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist

• Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure  (with at least one year of experience post grad in outpatient clinical therapy)

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency

• Having a specialization or niche focus to bring to the collective
