Understand How Your Brain Works — Not Just Your Symptoms

We’re now offering ADHD and Autism assessments for adults. Think of it as a deep dive into how your brain works, not just a list of symptoms. This 3-5 session process provides us with an in-depth understanding of symptoms, individual strengths and challenges, and support strategies that actually fit you.

We won't be just running through checklists, we want to hear your story, notice the patterns, and piece things together in a way that makes sense in your real, everyday life and talk about what makes you uniquely you! You’ll also get a feedback session where we go over your results in plain language (no confusing therapy speak), answer your questions, and talk through personalized recommendations and resources.

We’re here to help you understand yourself and open doors to support, accommodations, and figuring out the next steps.

Instructions for clients

1. Go to assessment page

2. Fill out referral form on website and note assessment and indicate whether they want ADHD/ASD alone or both

3. A referral specialist will reach out to pair you with an assessor and get scheduled
