Therapy for Individuals, Couples, Families & Kids
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone. That’s why we offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and kids. We have spaces to sort through what’s heavy, strengthen connection, and find ways forward that feel real and doable. We also hold the truth that the systems around us, racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism and more shape our struggle. We don’t ignore those realities; we make space for them.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a chance to slow down, take up space, and untangle what’s weighing on you. We’ll work with you to find tools that actually fit your daily life in a 1:1 setting. Whether you’re processing trauma, learning boundaries, or trying to feel more like yourself, you’ll work with therapists who specialize in your lived experiences.
We offer:
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is where you can get honest, practice listening, and rebuild connection without the blame game. The goal isn’t to pick sides, it’s to help you both create the kind of relationship you want to be in, and the lives you want to build together. We welcome all kinds of relationship structures and styles, knowing that love and connection don’t fit in one box.
Family Therapy
Families carry a lot: love, history, conflict, and patterns that get stuck on repeat. Family therapy gives everyone a voice, helps untangle dynamics, and creates room for healthier ways of being together. It’s about moving from chaos to more understanding and connection. Our therapists work with families of all shapes and styles, honoring culture, identity, and the systems that impact them.
Kids Therapy
Big feelings need safe outlets. Through play, art, and creativity, kids get space to work through emotions, learn coping skills, and feel seen. Whether they’re building with blocks, drawing their world in pictures, or playing with sand in session, we meet kids where they’re at, helping them find their voice in a world that doesn’t always listen.
Speciality Modalities
-
A gentle trauma modality to work through tough memories. ART uses guided imagery and eye movements to help your brain shift how distressing experiences are stored, so you can feel relief without having to retell every detail.
-
This trauma therapy uses eye movements or tapping to help your brain “reprocess” painful memories. Instead of feeling stuck in the past, your body and mind can begin to move forward.
-
Where you look can affect how you feel. Brainspotting finds eye positions (“brainspots”) connected to emotions or memories, helping you process trauma stored deep in the body. By accessing these spots, your brain can release what’s stuck and create space for healing.
-
DBT is a therapy that teaches practical skills for handling big emotions, building healthier relationships, and staying grounded in the present. It combines mindfulness, coping tools, and problem-solving so you can manage intense feelings without getting overwhelmed or shutting down.
-
Healing through connection. Anchored Relational Therapy focuses on building a safe, grounded relationship where trust, curiosity, and being fully seen create the foundation for change. This is a “parts based” modality to help us heal from deep trauma and work through dissociative experiences.
-
A structured trauma approach that blends coping skills, education, and processing. TF-CBT helps kids, teens, and adults understand trauma and build tools to heal.
-
Supportive documentation for folks who need documentation for medical or legal gender-affirming steps. written with respect and without unnecessary barriers. In most cases, just one session is all it takes. No gatekeeping.
-
Healing starts in the body. Somatic therapy uses movement, breath, and body awareness to release stress and trauma held physically, not just mentally. Sessions may include movement, dance, yoga, breath, senses and more to help you heal.
-
Therapy meets technology. Virtual reality creates immersive, interactive environments to practice coping skills, face fears, and build confidence in a safe way right from the therapy office.
-
No art skills required. Art therapy uses drawing, painting, or other creative tools to express what words can’t always capture, offering another pathway to healing.
-
A safe, non-judgmental space to talk about intimacy, desire, and relationships. Sex therapy helps reduce shame, improve communication, and support healthy sexual expression.
-
Talking while walking can open things up in a way that sitting in an office can’t. Walk & Talk therapy brings movement, reflection, and flow into the process, while making space for big questions, meaning-making, and reconnecting with yourself.
