We’ve built private practices from the ground up, grown collectives, and stayed rooted in our politics and values the whole way through.
Now we’re offering coaching and consultation for therapists who want to build something different. Something that doesn’t replicate the same systems we came from.
Private practice wasn’t built with most of us in mind.
Especially if you’re queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, or just not interested in replicating the white, cishet, patriarchal status quo.
Grad school didn’t teach us how to build ethical, accessible, values-aligned businesses. It didn’t teach us how to market without manipulation, get paid without guilt, or work in ways that center both our humanity and our clients’.

I'm an expert at developing work flows and processes from start to end including referral management, accounting management, expense management, developing staff wages and pay scales, and developing structures for billing review. I believe you always need checks and balances to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
I'm great at developing staff including identifying barriers to where they are struggling to build a caseload or get buy in from clients. I have a fool proof model to assess major points in the client relationship and see where root cause is that is resulting in decreased client retention or satisfaction.

I’ve been in the mental health world since 2012. I started in social work, moved through case management, survived the chaos of outpatient care, and eventually built a full-time, private-pay practice from the ground up. Along the way, I saw exactly how the system fails therapists and clients alike. Instead of burning out or buying into it, I learned how to build something different, rooted in feminist, liberation-focused, and social justice values.
Now, I work with therapists who want to do the same.
I help clinicians clarify what they offer, communicate it in a way that actually lands, and build sustainable practices without selling out their values.
