Groups & Meetups
Community Group Sessions and Meetups That Connect, Support, and Empower You!
Our community groups provide a supportive, collaborative space where you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. Guided by our therapists, each session offers both accountability and community—helping you build skills, share experiences, and stay connected as you work toward your goals.
Keep scrolling to view our available and upcoming groups! We offer both in-person and virtual options, as well as drop-in sessions, and various group series depending on your availability and interest.
About Our Drop-In Groups
Our drop-in groups are open to everyone, offered free or on a sliding scale. Take a look at our calendar below for the most up-to-date schedule.
Please note: Drop-in group sessions listed below on the calendar are non-refundable.
About Our Group Series
We offer several group series throughout the year, held either in person or virtually. Each series runs for a set number of weekly sessions, and enrollment requires a commitment to attend all sessions in full.
Start dates are determined once a minimum number of participants have signed up. You'll be notified by email when your group is confirmed and ready to begin!
Please note: Group series require purchasing the full session package. Missed sessions are non-refundable, as your spot is held for the duration of the series.
