Understand How Your Brain Works — Not Just Your Symptoms
We’re now offering ADHD and Autism assessments for adults. Think of it as a deep dive into how your brain works, not just a list of symptoms. This 3-5 session process provides us with an in-depth understanding of symptoms, individual strengths and challenges, and support strategies that actually fit you.
We won't be just running through checklists, we want to hear your story, notice the patterns, and piece things together in a way that makes sense in your real, everyday life and talk about what makes you uniquely you! You’ll also get a feedback session where we go over your results in plain language (no confusing therapy speak), answer your questions, and talk through personalized recommendations and resources.
How It Works
We’re here to help you understand yourself and open doors to support, accommodations, and figuring out the next steps. Please fill out our referral form on our Get Started page and note which assessment you’d like. From there, a referral specialist will reach out to pair you with an assessor and get you scheduled!

ADHD Assessment
Our ADHD assessment process is designed to provide a thorough understanding of attention and executive functioning.
Structure: 3 sessions (approximately 5 hours total)
Session 1: 2-hour intake and clinical interview
Session 2: 2 hours of assessment and testing
Session 3: 1-hour feedback session to review results and recommendations
This process helps identify ADHD symptoms, clarify diagnosis, and guide treatment planning and support strategies.

Autism (ASD) Assessment
Our ASD assessment is a comprehensive, multi-session evaluation focused on social communication, sensory differences, and behavioral patterns.
Structure: 3–4 sessions (approximately 7 hours total)
Session 1: 2-hour intake and developmental history
Session 2: 4 hours of assessment (may be split into two shorter sessions)
Session 3: 1-hour feedback session to review findings and next steps
This process provides an in-depth understanding of strengths and challenges, with individualized recommendations for support and intervention.

Combined ADHD & ASD Assessment
For individuals where both ADHD and autism are being considered, we offer an integrated assessment process to explore both areas thoroughly.
Structure: 4–5 sessions (approximately 9 hours total)
Session 1: 2-hour intake and background interview
Sessions 2–4: 6 hours of assessments (may be split into multiple shorter sessions)
Session 5: 1-hour feedback and explanation of findings
