Jennifer Anderson, MSW, LICSW (she/her)
Life can feel overwhelming—stress builds, anxiety lingers, and old patterns resurface no matter how hard you try to move past them. Maybe you’re navigating a major change, healing from painful experiences, or simply longing to feel more grounded and connected. If this resonates with you, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a supportive space to find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance.
I take a holistic approach to mental health, believing that healing happens when we nurture the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. In our work together, we may draw on mindfulness, meditation, and gentle movement to help you feel more present, calm, and connected. We’ll also work together to identify and shift patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for new ways of being that support your growth and well-being.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and steadiness as you explore challenges and discover what balance looks like in your life. I welcome exploration of alternative and holistic paths to wellness, honoring that there is no single “right” way to heal—only the way that feels most authentic and empowering for you.
Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply hoping to feel less anxious and more connected, our sessions can give you space to slow down, reflect, and grow. Together, we can work toward creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and at peace.
