Community Workshops and Group Sessions That Connect, Support, and Empower You!
Our community workshops and group sessions provide a supportive, collaborative space where you don’t have to navigate challenges alone. In this dark world, we need to unite together across Minnesota.
Come join the therapists at Interna Mental Health and Wellness while we build community, make plans to support small and solo private practices with a difficult political landscape, and network to get vulnerable populations with safe folx who can help.
Do you want your practice to be featured?
A different mental health & wellness business will be featured each month! You and your business will get a 15-minute spotlight to share what you are up to and let us know how we can all support. To be featured, please send an email to Bee at beet@internamentalhealth.com. Thank you!
