Working With Your Brain: A Body Doubling Group for Neurodivergent Adults

Price: Each drop-in session has a sliding-scale price of $5-$20 per session.

This group provides neurodivergent-oriented support for adults navigating executive functioning challenges through community, body doubling, and practical tools. We offer support to help you get unstuck while creating space to critically examine the cultural systems that shape our expectations around productivity. 

Population: Open to all, geared toward neurodivergent teens/adults; no diagnosis is required (ADHD, autism, AuDHD, PTSD, learning differences, executive functioning challenges, task/shame paralysis).
