Cait Ness, MSW, LGSW (she/her or they/them)

Hey there, thank you for stopping by! My name is Cait and I'm here to help. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or challenges related to neurodivergence, I’m here to offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. As a clinical social worker and therapist, I bring a warm, affirming presence and a flexible approach to meet you where you are.

I work with individuals of all ages, tailoring therapy to your unique strengths and needs. My style blends evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy with creative approaches like narrative and art-inspired techniques. I see myself as a guide in this process; I adapt to what works for you.

Therapy is a calling for me. I’ve always been drawn to helping others, and my own mental health journey has deepened my compassion and insight. I believe healing is possible through authentic connection, consistency, and care — and I’d be honored to be part of your path.

Specialties: Adults, children (6-10), teens. Spirituality, Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety
