Emily Haider, MA (she/her)

 

Emily believes in empowering you to be the leader of your own journey by taking a client-centered approach that tailors to your own unique needs, values, and strengths. She is passionate about the power of safe, healthy relationships and setting that example within the therapeutic work together.

Emily has an understanding of how our experiences impact the mind, body and soul so she takes a holistic approach to provide culturally-aware care within each of these areas. Emily is passionate about the journey of healing trauma, improving relationships, and reducing anxiety and burnout, but also understands this journey isn’t always easy. She provides a safe and supportive environment that allows you to be your authentic self and move at your own pace.

Emily is a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ identifying, and gender affirming provider. Emily is currently working towards LPCC licensure and is trained in EMDR. She also incorporates elements of mindfulness, CBT/DBT skills, attachment theory, experiential, and solution-focused approaches.

Emily has years of experience providing ARMHS, CTSS, in-home therapy, and outpatient therapy. She plans to pursue training in somatic experiencing, yoga, and breath work.

In her free time, Emily enjoys nerding out with games, film, arts and crafts, concerts, exploring community events, and camping/hiking.
