Do you feel like you’re doing everything for everyone else, but struggling to care for yourself? Maybe you’re tired of trying to be perfect, find it hard to set boundaries, or feel weighed down by old family dynamics that still impact you today. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together, therapy can be the place where you don’t have to. I love working with young women, gender expansive clients, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and the complexities of reproductive health concerns such as endometriosis. I offer a space to heal, grow, and explore what "self care" really means for you, while also unpacking the systemic factors contributing to your unique life experiences.

Your brain and your body are in constant conversation - sometimes it's a messy group chat. In therapy, we'll tune into what both are trying to communicate to help support your overall wellbeing. My approach blends self-exploration with skill-building, striking a balance between processing your past experiences with learning and trying some new strategies for navigating the present and future. I will meet you where you're at, create a non-judgmental and trauma-informed space for you to talk about the challenges you're facing, and help you explore opportunities to grow. It is overwhelming and lonely to carry everything on your own. I'm here to support you in discovering your own voice, cultivating self-compassion, and embracing the version of yourself that feels most authentic. If this resonates with you, I’d love to schedule a consultation and see if we’re a good fit!

In my free time, I love doing puzzles, cuddling with my pets, propagating plants, trying new foods, and exploring new hobbies. (FYI: making home-made sourdough is not as easy as it may seem, but finally nailing a loaf with wild rice & cranberries is a pretty thrilling accomplishment!)
