Are you looking for a space where you can be seen, heard, and celebrated for exactly as you are? You've come to the right place! I use a radical and compassionate approach to therapy and am a trauma-informed and affirming therapist that enjoys exploring how your past can impact your present and can impact your future. I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I meet each person where they are at; I will modify my approach and modalities based on the needs of each individual. We can work together to set goals and promote growth in whatever way feels best for you. You’ll leave sessions with concrete tools, like grounding exercises for anxiety or strategies to interrupt cycles of self-criticism that you can practice between sessions. If you’re navigating self-esteem challenges, we might focus on building self-compassion and helping you see yourself through a kinder lens.

I am a queer-identifying, fat-positive, and social justice therapist - my practice is a space where all bodies, identities, and lived experiences are welcome. If you are struggling with life adjustments, self-esteem, suicidality, self-harm, anxiety, depression, or are just needing space to process feelings safely, my space is open for you. I use various approaches in the therapy space, but am always a person-centered therapist. Nobody knows you better than you do! I recognize we exist in systems and structures that are not in our control that can impact our mental well-being and am open to these conversations and helping you find your purpose, meaning, and community.

Outside of work you can find me searching for the perfect bagel or coffee shop, watching movies, or cuddling my sweet cat Junie B. Jones. If this sounds like the support you’ve been looking for, reach out, I’d love to connect with you!
