Audrey Gunn (she/they)
If you seek creative solutions using somatic-based therapy and expressive arts, I would be delighted to support you in working through any challenges. I offer more conventional modalities as well, but that's not for everybody. Creative expression is everyone's natural right, and it can help restore health and vitality. It can be accessed in many different ways, like movement, making music or listening to it, arts and crafts, reading or writing, and so many other possibilities.
I have life-long experiences working with individuals who are neurodivergent, and my current trainings include a trauma-informed lens in expressive art therapy. I bring patience and have a long-standing practice of unconditional positive regard. I work with individuals of all ages, shapes, colors, and sexual orientations as a clinical trainee.
Thank you for being here, and for considering reaching out to me or anyone for that matter. It takes courage to do this and you are heading in the right direction. If we work together, my main goal is to help you find your path to feeling better. I accept most types of insurance, and we can determine the logistics in a free 15-minute consultation.
