Do depression or anxiety create problems in relationships or in progressing your life in the direction you'd like most? Would you like help navigating life transitions? Are you someone who perceives themselves as "different?" Have you been told you’re "too sensitive," or "too much?" Do you identify as the "black sheep" from your family of origin? I welcome and affirm all parts of your intersectional identity! I lead with curiosity, humility, and a sense of humor about the human experience. I've supported the inward journey of many diverse creatives and highly sensitive people, including but not limited to artists, musicians, writers, and the neurocomplex.

I believe in the power of human connection and that genuine relationships are key to sparking profound changes in people's lives. I'm a warm, intuitive, relational, conversational, open-minded psychodynamic therapist. My style is no BS, but always on your team– I'll call a spade a spade, curse, and occasionally share about my own human experiences. If you seek healing, learning, or growth and embrace curiosity, awe, or the unknown, or if you are spiritual (but not religious) and appreciate nature, I'd likely be a good fit. Whatever your struggle, dedicating the time to understand yourself better or improve your relationships is an act of healing and transformation in itself. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space where you can deeply reflect and explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and stories.

I enjoy spending time with quality people, such as my daughter and friends, seeing live music, nurturing plants—inside and out—and our three cats. I have a couple of degrees in visual arts, one in education, and I make mixed-media collages and paintings, sometimes collaboratively.
