Bailey Rhoades, MA, LMFT (she/her)

Hi there! You took the first step in this therapy journey & recognized you’re ready for something to change. Maybe you keep noticing the same patterns in your relationships. Maybe your anxiety will not quiet down. You might feel like you don’t really know yourself. Possibly, you’ve heard “you’re too hard on yourself,” from loved ones. Or, you’re ready to acknowledge parts of you that you’ve been trying to ignore. Regardless of what the reason is, you’re wanting something to shift in your life. Therapy with me is that space where you get dive into what you need, without judgement. It’s a safe space for you to learn & grow into your authentic self, so you can feel empowered out there in the real world.

When it comes to sessions with me, my ultimate hope is for therapy to feel unique for each individual I am working with. Your experiences are unique to you, so you deserve to have a space and therapist that honors that. Whether you’re struggling to comprehend a hard experience, celebrating a win, or anywhere in between, I’m there to support your current & future self. My therapy style is influenced by neurodivergent, systemic, and intersectional feminist lens’ because it is my belief all people deserve to be heard & seen for who they are, while living in community with others.

I always say that I wouldn’t have the job I do if I didn’t believe folks can create change (even if it feels really, really hard to do!). Where ever you are at on your journey, I’m here for you!

When I am not in therapist mode, you can catch me spending time with my partner, loved ones and 3 animals. I enjoy reading, exploring new coffee shops, going for walks, planning my next vacation, and listening to the same music on repeat.
