Taye Anderson (they/she)

Hi! I’m Taye! I’m a non-binary, queer, neurodivergent therapist who uses a strength-based, feminist lens when it comes to therapy. You’ve done the work to show up for everyone else and now you’re wondering what it would be like to finally show up as your full self. Maybe you’re navigating the layers of identity, relationships, and life changes that don’t fit into neat boxes, and you’re ready for a space where nothing about you is “too much” or “not enough.” I use nature as a teacher—I find wisdom in the messy, nonlinear, and beautiful ways things grow. I believe healing can be nonlinear and even a little messy—and that’s okay. I feel that this gives us permission to be a little messy, too!

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in empathy—I’m here to walk beside you as you discover your own healing and transformation. Working in partnership, we’ll set goals that feel meaningful to you, and I’ll support you every step of the way as you build resilience and navigate change. In our work together, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of agency—as we explore your story, shift patterns, and cultivate new possibilities. In our sessions, we’ll co-create a warm, safe space where your gender, sexuality, culture, and whole self can be explored openly and without judgment. Together, we’ll move from feeling misunderstood or constrained toward living with confidence, clarity, and self‑compassion. My approach is queer‑affirming, trauma‑sensitive, body‑positive, and deeply collaborative—I’m here to support you as you reclaim your voice and write your own story.
