Chelse Bolin, MSW LICSW (they/them)

Hello and welcome! My name is Chelse and I am a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent therapist born and raised in MN. My style of therapy is down to earth, human to human, so we can get to the heart of the reasons you are seeking out support. I weave together anti-oppressive, consent driven, person centered and community focused lenses to offer a place where you can show up as you are and explore what is coming up that wants/needs your attention with curiosity.

I love providing psychoeducation, offering self-help resources and assisting in identifying your internal and external wisdom and resilience. As an adult child of emotionally immature parents and survivor, I use my decades of lived experience and healing journey to inform the knowledge and experience I have gained educationally and in therapy practice. One of the important things I excel at and get great joy from is assisting people in developing deeper emotional attunement, availability and vulnerability with themselves and those around them. I look forward to creating sacred space with you.

In my personal life I like to slow down and spend time outside, riding my bicycle, doing yoga, meditating and being goofy with my kid. I love 90’s music, sloths and coffee. I regularly reflect on the duality of life and what a better world looks like.
