Cal Erasmus, MSW, LGSW (they/them)
I’m Cal (they/them), a queer, nonbinary therapist who believes mental health can't be separated from the oppressive systems we live in. It is my goal to create a collaborative space with my clients as they reclaim their voice, space, and self-trust while navigating a world that often overlooks them. I work primarily with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent adults who are navigating the challenges of ADHD, autism, and mood-related struggles like anxiety or depression.
If you’re constantly losing track of tasks, struggling to start projects, or feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities, I can help you build (or rebuild) executive functioning skills—tools that make life feel more manageable. I believe you are the expert in your own lived experience, and I see therapy as a space where we can work together to combine your wisdom with my support to create sustainable growth and healing. Whether you're exploring your identity, unlearning internalized ableism, or trying to survive in a world not built for you, you are welcome here. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can bring your whole, unedited self, and feel seen, respected, and supported.
