Do you feel exhausted everyday but have no idea and no time to consider why? Are you feeling isolated or anxious as you navigate a new culture and unfamiliar values? Do you feel lonely and oppressed since you are marginalized by the unjust system of our current society? Do old stories from your past feel exhausting to carry, or does grief and uncertainty make it hard to move forward? If so, you’re not alone and support is available.

As a female, queer, and bilingual therapist, I offer a safe and affirming space where you can explore your experiences and identities. Together, we’ll work to break old patterns and discover new ways of understanding your story, so that your past feels less draining and more nourishing, giving you energy to face life’s challenges. As a fluent Mandarin speaker, I can offer sessions in Mandarin as well.

I specialize in helping people process complex and intergenerational trauma, navigate life transitions, and find healing from grief and mood difficulties. My approach draws from narrative, feminist, and cognitive behavioral therapies, meaning we’ll work together to reframe the stories you carry into ones that empower you and honor your unique identities.

If you’re an immigrant or international student feeling alone or overwhelmed, I’m here to support you. In our sessions, you’ll build self-awareness, regain connection between body and mind, identify the uncovered patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to set goals and create meaningful change in your life.

If you’re ready to explore new ways of understanding yourself and your story, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Email me for a free 15-minute consultation!
