I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree in clinical counseling from University of Saint Thomas in Minnesota. I am deeply committed to destigmatizing mental health and fostering meaningful connection in everyday life. Maybe you’re figuring out your identity, navigating expectations from family or culture, or trying to understand how your ADHD, trauma, or other mental health experiences fit into your everyday life. We can work through these things together.

In sessions, we might explore how family, culture, gender, or other systems have shaped the way you see yourself, while also paying attention to what’s happening in your body. We might use Brainspotting to slow things down and work with experiences that feel difficult to put into words. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, first generation and immigrant communities, South Asian and Caribbean mental health, LGBTQIA, gender and sexuality.

Specialties: LGBTQ, ADHD, late diagnosis ADHD, BIPOC, immigrant, first generation, trans folx, anxiety, teenagers, young adults, trauma, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, multicultural therapy
