Maybe you feel stuck? Unseen? Frustrated that life doesn’t feel like what you had hoped it would? Whatever your struggles you are not alone, nor are you a diagnosis; you are a complex individual living within systems that do not always support your wellbeing or provide a feeling of safety and connection. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety and depression, feel stuck on your life path, or are seeking support in managing more complex issues, I will be with you every step of the way. Change is possible. The world we want to live in is inside of us.

I am interested in discovering with you the liberatory potential of the therapeutic relationship and how together we can navigate understanding of those systems and the ways that they have affected your life outcomes to create the life and the world you wish to live in. I am inspired by the transformational potential of a healthy therapeutic relationship.

I have a diverse background working with a broad range of people that I bring to the therapeutic relationship. I seek to elevate the power of your story, of metaphor and of humor to unlock your truth and the goals you have for your life and illuminate the path forward that is right for you. Together we will work to uncover your goals and the strengths that you already have to achieve them. We’ll begin to untangle the systems that have shaped your experiences, creating space for you to have new, more supportive and affirming experiences than what you’ve learned to expect. Through somatic techniques, nervous system co-regulation, and a deep commitment to the efficacy of relational healing I will support you to feel safe, seen and grounded in the present.

Outside of my therapy practice I enjoy walking, gardening, aikido, writing, and reading. I love to be outside and am inspired by the patterns all around us that tell the story of interconnection and interdependence.

Specialties: adults; trauma; neurodivergence; polyamory/non-monogamous relational models
