Jenna Kozlovich (she/her)
Feeling overwhelmed by your own or a loved one’s mental health challenges can be isolating. I work with individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, schizophrenia spectrum and psychotic disorders, bipolar and personality disorders, trauma, suicidality, and sudden loss.
My name is Jenna (she/her) and I’ve spent the past 15 years working in mental health and social services, and I’m now completing my master’s and LICSW licensure.
I take a relational, existential psychodynamic approach, which means I want to understand your experience, how you see the world, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore challenges, strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and build a sense of safety and connection — both within yourself and with others.
I meet clients where they are at and work with people from all walks of life, including queer, trans and neurodivergent clients. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
I also bring a trauma-informed approach and use thoughtful honesty to help you develop coping skills that actually work for you — practical strategies that feel more natural to apply in the moment.
If this approach feels right for you or a loved one, please reach out. I’d be honored to get to know you.
