Jocelyn Thoemke, MEd, MA, LMFT, ATR-BC (she/her)
As someone who discovered my own neurodivergence later in life, I know how painful and confusing it can be to feel “different” and not have the words or support to make sense of it. I also know how healing it can be to finally see yourself clearly, and with compassion. I’m passionate about helping other neurodivergent people (and those who love them) unlearn shame, reconnect with who they really are, and build lives that feel more aligned, joyful, and sustainable.
Whether you’re a teen or adult who is neurodivergent, or a parent or caregiver trying to support a neurodivergent kid, I offer a space where we can explore together. Our work might include talking, play, art-making, and a little bit of humor as we unpack hard experiences, reframe internalized beliefs, and make room for your strengths, needs, and values.
Outside of work, I spend time with friends and family, but I also need plenty of solo time to recharge. I tend to rotate through creative obsessions, right now it’s puzzles, clay, crochet, and collage. I’m happiest near water and often found singing in the car.
