If you’ve spent years feeling disconnected — unsure if your memories are real, doubting your own experiences, or slipping into that familiar fog of “I should be fine by now” — you’re not alone. So many of my clients come in feeling lost in the chaos of trauma and dissociation, trying to piece together a story that actually makes sense.

In our work together, my goal is to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself — not just through words, but through your body, curiosity, and play. I use somatic therapy and Brainspotting to help you process what’s been too hard to put into words. Sometimes that looks like gentle grounding or movement to release what’s been held inside; other times it might look like laughing, playing superhero, or sitting together in stillness and letting your system finally rest.

When you’re dysregulated, our focus will be on helping your body find calm and safety again. When you’re in a steadier place, we’ll lean into freedom, creativity, and self-discovery — learning to feel at home in your body and confident in who you are. My clients often describe therapy as a space where they can be real, curious, and even a little silly while still doing deep healing work.

I’ve done a lot of my own trauma healing, so I know how chaotic it can feel — and how much hope there really is on the other side. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. Together, we’ll help you move from surviving to living — from confusion to clarity, from self-doubt to self-trust.

Outside the office, you can usually find me hanging with my cats, reading, or at a concert — I’m a proud MN Frost season ticket holder and music is one of my favorite ways to stay grounded.

If this sounds like the kind of space you’ve been looking for, reach out — we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
