Lizzy Kroll, MSW, LGSW, LSWAIC (she/her)

Lizzy Kroll is a devoted mental health therapist specializing in working with individuals and couples, driven by a deep understanding of human behavior and a genuine commitment to her clients' well-being.

Inspired by her own adaptability to challenges, Lizzy entered the field of mental health to create therapeutic relationships with her clients that are based on trust, empathy and confidentiality. She prioritizes creating a non-judgemental space where individuals can openly share intimate details of their lives without reservation.

With a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, strengths-based approaches, and solution-oriented therapy, Lizzy softly encourages individuals and couples to navigate challenges and promote positive change in their lives. Drawing on attachment theory, she helps clients explore how their past influences their present relationships and behaviors, guiding them towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their interactions. Utilizing cognitive behavioral theory, Lizzy supports clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions to develop coping strategies and improve mental wellness.

Outside of session, Lizzy enjoys spending time on the lake with her family, road tripping around the US with her fiancé and their dogs and working on home improvement projects.
