Maddy Leach (she/her)
Hi all! You may be moving through life transitions while experiencing stress that affects both your mind and body. I would love to cultivate a warm and safe environment for you to face those challenges.
I take a mind–body approach to therapy, often slowing down to notice what’s happening in your body, including tension, breath, or changes in activation, and letting this information shape our work. As a unique individual, you deserve care that is guided by your specific needs and goals. Sessions may include mindfulness, body-based practices, gentle movement, and cognitive strategies, all tailored to what feels supportive and sustainable for you.
In working with me, I would provide the space for you to feel heard, validated, and completely accepted. I feel strongly about using our mind-body connection to manage mental health symptoms. I am passionate about meeting you where-you-are-at each time that we work together, while simultaneously encouraging growth towards the long-term therapeutic goals we set.
I enjoy spending my free time doing yoga, painting (anything crafty), baking sourdough bread, and being with family and friends. I would love to be a part of your journey!
