You don't have to have it figured out to show up here. Maybe you're carrying something heavy. Questions about who you are, wounds from religion or family, a gender journey that needs more space than the world has given it, or just a quiet sense that the life you're living isn't quite yours yet. Whatever brought you here, there's room for it.

I work with folks in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, people with gender diverse identities, and anyone ready to do the kind of deep, tender work of coming home to themselves - Making peace with the versions of themselves they've had to protect, and building something softer for the person they're growing into.

We'll go at your pace, whether that means talking something through, sitting with a feeling, or getting curious about a pattern together as it shows up in the room. Using narrative, reality-based, and person-centered approaches, we'll gently sort through what doesn't fit anymore and make space for what does. Over time, people often find they have language for things they've never been able to name, a clearer sense of what's actually theirs versus what was handed to them, and more ease in their own skin. You can expect to feel met here, not managed.

I'm a person first, a social worker second, and a therapist third - and I think that order matters. I studied social work at the University of Utah through both my undergrad and graduate degrees, and I've spent a decade in community spaces, across two gender care clinics, and in international training deepening this work. I bring lived experience into the room alongside the professional kind. I will advocate for you wherever I can, and more than anything, I want this to be a space where you don't just feel seen, but truly heard.

Reaching out is the strange, brave part. You don't have to feel ready. I hope to hear from you soon. When I'm not working you can find me at a soccer game, on a bike trail, kayaking, or in a record shop sifting through potential new finds. I recharge with brunch, good books, light gaming, and being outside. At home, I share my life with my partner, two kitties, and our pup.
