Do you feel stuck in the same patterns, whether in your relationships or within yourself, and can’t quite figure out how to change them? Maybe you find yourself second-guessing your thoughts, feeling misunderstood, or having the same arguments on repeat. It can feel exhausting to put in so much effort to do things differently, only to find that it doesn’t seem to last.

I work best with individuals and couples who feel caught in these recurring cycles, especially anxious women, reluctant or shut-down men, and relationships impacted by emotional wounds or power imbalances. I’m passionate about helping people unpack the deeper patterns at play, including the ways cultural and relational dynamics, like power, control, and expectations, can quietly shape how we show up with one another.

My approach is relational and attachment-based, which means we’ll look at how your past experiences and relationships have shaped the way you think, feel, and connect with others. Your struggles are not random. They’re patterns that once made sense, even if they’re no longer serving you. Together, we’ll get curious about those patterns, understand where they come from, and begin to shift them in a way that actually lasts.

In our work together, you can expect a space that feels both supportive and honest. I’ll meet you with compassion, while also helping you take a clear, grounded look at what’s keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel more confident in yourself, more secure in your relationships, and better able to show up in ways that feel genuine and aligned with who you are. If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
