When anxiety or depression gets a hold of you, it can feel like you're constantly battling overwhelming emotions, negative thoughts, or a sense of hopelessness. These challenges can affect your relationships, work, and overall well-being. While it may be difficult to see how, you are looking for a way out and a way to break free from the cycle of worry, sadness, or self-doubt. You have now hit a point where you are ready to ask for some support so that you can openly explore your struggles, gain clarity on the underlying causes, and develop practical tools to regain control and find peace.

Clients come to me looking for a therapist who understands them and is curious about them as individuals, because therapy should be a place where you feel seen and heard. Sessions with me are collaborative and meaningful, as we explore your inner life, as well as build skills that will move you forward. Together, we will work to help you navigate the complexities of anxiety and depression, creating a path toward healing. And, we always go at your pace, as we work together to achieve your goals.

With expertise in techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and mindfulness, I work with you to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and build emotional resilience. You don’t have to continue the daily, suffocating struggle, and you don’t have to do it alone. Please feel free to call me today for a free 15-minute consultation. I appreciate you and your commitment to a better self.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the idea that we all have the capabilities to overcome life’s challenges, but, in order to do so, we must engage in reflective dialogue to both reaffirm our sense of self, as well as disrupt the thought patterns or behaviors that are blocking our path towards self-fulfilment and healthier relationships with others. I see therapy as a dynamic, two-way relationship that requires openness, honesty, and mutual respect. By creating a safe, nonjudgmental space, I hope to empower my clients to explore their challenges, uncover their strengths, and tap into their inner resources.
