I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of challenges. I'm especially passionate about helping individuals navigate body image concerns, dysphoria, shame, intrusive thoughts, and complex relationships with food. I also work with clients impacted by neurodivergence, including executive functioning challenges, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation, as well as those experiencing anxiety, panic, obsessive thinking, and compulsive behaviors. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I understand the importance of creating spaces that honor different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing. I value flexibility, creativity, and meeting clients exactly where they are.

If traditional therapy feels too stiff or clinical, you’re in the right place. My office, (whether it be virtual or in‐person) is a space where authenticity and humor are part of the healing process. I’ve always coped with life’s chaos through laughter and human connection. Although humor can occasionally mask difficult emotions, I believe we can hold both truths: we can face the hard stuff and still crack jokes along the way.

Social justice is important to me. Navigating today’s sociopolitical climate is overwhelming, and I don’t pretend that “self‐care” alone can fix systemic issues. As a social worker pursuing independent licensure, social justice is central to my work. I approach therapy with awareness of the larger systems impacting your well-being, because healing is shaped by the context we’re surviving in.
