Wren Doyle, MSW, LGSW, (she/they)
Hi there! Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to your mental health journey, it can be scary to lean into your vulnerability and ask for support. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take that first step, so I’m here to meet you where you are. Being a human is complicated, but everyone deserves the chance to explore their story, discover their strengths, and grow into the most authentic version of themselves.
My name is Wren (she/they) and I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist whose passion is working with LGBTQIA+ teens (13+) and adults as they navigate life’s complexities. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety that won’t quiet down, the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence, questions around identity, big life transitions, and complicated relationships. Together, we might use mindfulness to slow racing thoughts, narrative therapy to reframe old stories, or somatic techniques to reconnect with your body’s cues.
I value humor, authenticity, collaboration, and curiosity in the therapeutic space. My approach is rooted in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices, which I am committed to through my own journey of learning, unlearning, and growing. My priority is to provide a compassionate, affirming, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your strengths and identify tools that support your mental health goals.
In my therapy practice, I use person-centered and relational techniques to foster a meaningful and supportive therapeutic relationship. My role is facilitating the exploration of your story, how you understand yourself, your lived experiences and interpersonal connections.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, birdwatching, thrifting, caring for my growing houseplant collection, and watching documentaries. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I would be honored to support you in your journey. If you feel we might be a good fit, please reach out when you’re ready. I’d love to connect and learn more about you!
