Allie Holt, MA, LPCC (she/her)

Therapy with me is about slowing down, looking inward, and getting curious. I work well with people who feel deeply, struggle in relationships, and often wonder if they are too much, not enough, or simply misunderstood. You might feel caught between craving closeness and fearing rejection, or notice the same emotional patterns repeating in your life. My role is to help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and support you in finding clarity, agency, and a stronger connection to yourself.

I am an intuitive, relational, psychodynamic therapist who shows up as a real person. My style is warm, straightforward, collaborative, and rooted in genuine curiosity and compassion. I won’t just nod and smile, I’ll be present with you through the hard stuff, celebrate your growth, and offer honest reflections when helpful. I draw from parts work, attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support deep insight and lasting emotional change.

I specialize in working with adults who feel emotionally stuck or overwhelmed. This includes those navigating painful relationship patterns, identity confusion, or the long shadow of early wounds. Whether you are processing the past or trying to feel more like yourself in the present, our work will stay grounded in the relationship we build and the inner resources you already carry. It is my lifelong passion to accompany people as they reconnect with their own wisdom and create meaningful and empowered change.

Outside of therapy, I am a long-distance walker, painter, nature lover, and curious traveler. Life asks a lot, and I believe play, awe, and creativity are essential reminders that we are always more than what we carry.
