Grayson Weatherwax, MA (They/them)

I am deeply passionate about working with adults, older teens, relational groups and families around OCD, body image and disordered eating, identity exploration, attachment wounds, and complex trauma, as well as a variety of other concerns. I operate from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens that heavily incorporates existential and narrative therapy to help you honor your story and make choices that help you feel most at home in your body and your life.

I am a queer, disabled, nonbinary human who lives with OCD. I am very committed to maintaining a space that acknowledges the struggles that you living as a person with one or more marginalized identities brings every day. I believe that creating a space where you can exist without judgment and you know that you have a person in your corner is vital to thriving.
In our work together, you can expect a space that is full of comfort, compassion, warmth, safety, and humor. I strive to create a space that honors your autonomy and strength and lets you be your whole, authentic self every session. You are the expert on your life and I would be honored to be a part of your path towards joy and healing.
