I'm an Autistic therapist who works with adult women & femmes who feel like they’re always the overwhelmed oddball out. Being human involves unending annoyances from both the external environment and also the internal storm. Our sessions are where you figure out how you can not only tolerate the required bullshit and also create your way into moments of peace and even happiness too. I believe all humans are worthy of love and compassion, I suspect you are strong enough to be present with what’s happening in your life, and I’m confident you’ve underestimated your ability to change. I can promise you two things as we learn to navigate a world designed to see us fail: it’ll be really hard and I’ll be with you every step of the way. In addition to talk therapy, I provide neurofeedback training (NFB) for that little extra boost we all need at times when making change. It can also help with changes outside our conscious control at times like poor sleep, low energy, headaches, sensory overwhelm, and emotional regulation. Sessions are low-demand and shorter than typical therapy sessions at only 25 minutes. You’ll have a seat in a comfortable chair and have 2-3 sensors placed on your head in order to play a short video game (3-9 minutes) using your brain as the controller. While full treatment takes between 3-12 months on average, you’ll notice changes by the third session toward better physical and emotional well-being. Fifty-percent of clients report a noticeable change after just one session!

Specialties: pathological demand avoidance, neurodivergence, ND relationships, adults, step-parenting, religious trauma / trauma
